2000
A tradition was born as the South Mecklenburg High School team transformed into blue-footed boobies and Galapagos tortoises and sang and danced their way into fourth place at Global Finals.
2001
Teams from Carmel Middle School and Myers Park High School took time before Opening Ceremonies to pose under a Knoxville rainbow.
2002
The Myers Park team won a Renaissance Award for their windmill.
The South Meck placed first in their performance and side trips. One of their appraisers described their performance perfectly in a sticky note: "Joy Personified!" And the Graduation ceremony provided many special memories.
2003
The Sixth Place Myers Park Theater Smarts team featured a unique dinner theater with a rapping slice of bacon, a red-hot chili pepper, and an audience backdrop that came to life. The performance was "snot" to be forgotten!
2004
Unique puppetry, ants at a picnic, and a fire hydrant superhero combined to help the Myers Park team capture second place.
